Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there a sticker taped to my postcard and how do I remove it?

I love to slip in little surprises (like stickers!) with your postcard. The simplest way to send them—while still letting your postcard get dressed up cute with stamps and postmarks—is to tape them right to the front!

To remove your sticker:

  1. Gently peel the piece of scotch tape from the front of your postcard. The sticker will come off with it.
  2. Carefully peel the tape away from the front of the sticker.

3. Enjoy your new sticker!

What do I do with my collection of postcards?

My favorite way to display postcards is a simple wooden block like this. Order the 4 inch block with a 1/8th slot size to be able to store and display your most recent postcard + store the rest directly behind it. These wooden block also work great for displaying prints!

What happens if my postcard is lost or damaged?

It’s rare, but if something happens, email me a photo of your battle-worn card (or let me know it’s gone missing), and I’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

What is the difference between the free downloadable print and the paid print?

The free downloadable print is a digital file you can save to your phone or computer. You can use it as a wallpaper or even print it yourself at home! The paid print is professionally printed on cold pressed fine art paper and shipped straight to you.

When do postcards get mailed out each month?

I drop them in the mail during the last week of each month. Delivery times vary depending on where you live, but most U.S. members receive theirs within a week. International mail may take longer.

How do I update my address or billing info?

If you move or need to make a change, just log into your account from the menu bar on my website, or send me an email and I’ll get it sorted for you.
