Shipping policy

Books & Merchandise

Books & merchandise such as the tote bag & coffee mug are packaged and shipped directly by Elise from Seattle, Washington, USA.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Because books & merchandise are fulfilled directly by Elise, they will ship separately from prints and may arrive at a different time.

Prints

Prints are made to order and fulfilled by our print production partner - production times may vary.

Shipping times vary by destination, and tracking information is provided once the order ships.

Because prints are fulfilled by a third-party partner, they will ship separately from books and merchandise and may arrive at a different time.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains books, prints, and/or merchandise, your items may be fulfilled from different locations.

As a result:

  • Items may arrive in separate packages.

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

  • Different items may arrive on different dates.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the products in your order and their fulfillment locations. Orders containing items fulfilled from different locations may incur separate shipping charges.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

You can use the tracking link provided to follow your package's progress.

If you haven't received your order within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@elisepowers.com with your name and order number, and we'll be happy to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@elisepowers.com and include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. View our Refund Policy for more details.
